The look for today is sort of a brown smokey with an accentuated outer v.Hope you like it !

M.A.C.Cockney and first impressions on the store in Bucharest.

I recently purchased this lipstick from the new M.A.C. shop that's opened in Bucharest,in Baneasa Shopping City.First a few words about the store :

• It's quite small.I was amazed at how tiny and crammed toghether it is.I went there on a Saturday and it was quite packed.A lot of people were roaming around so that was a bit distracting.
• The people there were not very helpful:( I saw one guy that was really helping people but the other consultants just did not seem interested enough to sell the products.If I'm gonna spend 79 lei on a lipstick at least try to sell it to me and tell me all the wonders it does:))
• First I wanted to buy Lady Danger and I thought I'd ask one of the consultants to help me.One thing that I thought was really distressing is that they were all wearing dark eyeshadow -dark lipstick combo.What was up with that?Everyone except the girl from the register was made up to their toes with a lot of makeup.So here I am telling the consultant what I wanted and she goes up to the tester area for lipsticks ,looks around ,shows me a bunch of other lipsticks that were not Lady Danger,I tell her I want to try Lady Danger and then she just stares at me for about 30 seconds and then finally tells me in a very annoyed voice that if they don't have the tester ,they probably don't have the product either.Honestly I would have bought the lipstick without trying it on first, if they only had the product.
• Finally I walk out with Cockney and I'm quite pleased with my purchase.

Now the actual lipstick:

It's a luster and I must say ,having only tried cremesheens up until now ,I much prefer lusters.They go on evenly and beautifully.
I think it's pretty obvious that I like it and everyone knows about M.A.C lipsticks so I won't babble any longer .

Tag-Beautifull-Would you rather-Beauty edition:)

I got this tag from Beautifull so thanks a lot :) It's really fun!

Here we go:

• Would you rather walk around all day with you skirt tucked in your underwear or be seen wearing a really see through dress?

          Well I think I'll pick the see-through dress cause I just couldn't bear the thought of walking around with a full view of my underwear for everyone to see.Plus ,the see through dress can be considered a fashion statement ,whereas the skirt tucked in definitetly couldn't :))
 

• Would you rather go to a party and not realize until the end of the night that you have lipstick on your teeth or that your fake lashes are coming unglued?

          Fake lashes unglued all the way.I can't stand the lipstick on my teeth.

• Would you rather forget to put mascara on one eye or forget blush on one side of your face?

          Mascara because blush just defines my cheeks and I can't go without it :)

• Would you rather wear lipstick/lipliner combo or frosty blue eyeshadow?

         Frosty blue shadow cause I could probably make it work:)

• Would you rather wear foundation that is two shades too light or go way overboard on bronzer?

        Foundation cause the orange-y look just scares the bejeesus out of me :)))

•   Would you rather drink an entire bottle of ketchup or run into the guy who broke your heart on a bad hair day when your skin is freaking out?

           Drink the ketchup!A girl 's gotta suffer for her beauty :)))At least that;s what they say :)))

•  Would you rather be able to date any celeb you wanted or wake up with perfect red carpet-worthy hair?

        Perfect hair everyday!Need I say more ?:))

• Would you rather your armpits smell musky or like delicious lasagna?

        Lasagna all the way!Musky =eeek !

• Would you rather give up your makeup or cell phone for one year?

          Cell Phone.Who needs communication when they're gorgeous ?:))

• Would you rather run into a cute guy you like with food all in your grill or no makeup at all?

         No makeup!what's worse than feeling confident and flashing a smile and then realise that you've got stuff in your teeth?

Her name was Glowla-Review

I purchased this palette a couple of weeks ago and I've been using it constantly since then.Today I decided to share with you my thoughts on it.

Pros:

• It has some of Benefit's best selling products ,this being the main reason I bought it.I wanted to try Coralista ,Badgal and High Beam and I also didn't want to break the bank in doing so.
• As expected I love the products aforementioned but I was also highly impressed by their eyeshadows.They're super creamy and the pigmentation is superb.
• I absolutely fell in love with Moon Beam.I thought I was going to hate it but I just adore the way it highlights the skin without being overtly obvious.
• The brush is actually really useful for gel liner.(the slanted side)
• The brush for the blush is quite small and I was quite skeptical at first but it works decently well.If I were to travel and I would just take this kit with me I think I would be able to create a look with no problems.

Cons:

• The lipgloss is a beautiful shade and smells divine but I just can't get over the fact that it's quite sticky :( Some of you may be fans of this cause it makes it last longer but I sure am not :(
• The eyeshadows are quite similar especially the two peachy shades.

Needless to say ,I love this palette !It has given me a chance to try out Benefit's star products :)

Would I buy again :YES!

YSL Rouge Volupte Review

I got this for Saint Nick and I must say I adore it.I have it in Peach Passion.
I love so many things about it but i'm not going to rant :) We're going to do this in an organised ,neat way.
Here we go:

Packaging:Simply gorgeous !YSL always had beautiful packaging but this one is truly great:)No need for description cause we have photos.

Shades :Wide range of shades which is nice but I have to tell you...some of the shades on the site are not exactly what you would expect them to be in person.For example ,Peach Passion is a gorgeous peachy neutral on the website but when I saw it in reality I was amazed at how orangey it looked.(note:orangey in a good coral kind of way )

Consistency :The most creamy lipstick I have ever seen.In fact I'm lying ...I have another liptick from the brand By Terry and that's quite similar to this one.

Longevity :Not that great.I mean it does stay on a decent amount of time but after about 2-3 hours you're left with just a subtle stain and the shine dissapears:(but I must say I quite like that in fact.


Compared to- other lipsticks this is evidently better in terms of colour payoff ,and texture.Not to mention that they're far superior to the MAC cremesheens.Those just seem to hold on to every bit of dry lips they can find and really accentuate it.No such problem with this one though.
                     -the By terry one ,there's not much of a difference ,maybe just a pinch in texture cause the by terry one is a little bit more watery but that's all.

Price :149 lei (Romania)

Would I buy it again:Sure!I plan on expanding my collection pretty soon.

Prom makeup...

Starring Anna ( again one of my apparently many cousins:) )
She wanted something simple but still evening like.
So I thought a little bit of liner and some glitter would do the trick.Follow with some peach blush (Benefit Coralista) and a matching lipstick (SuperDuperMegaFantastic YSL rouge volupte in peach passion) and voila...you've got yourself a nice ,simple night time look that doesn't take more than 15 min.

Black Lips.

I know.You're gonna think I've gone mad but I have an explanation for this .....Actually I don't! :)) I just felt black lips would be the perfect choice for a night out.I obviously got a lot of stares but I didn't really mind.They were people who I'd never see again so why care ?:))

Fast and Easy Green makeup:)

So the other day I thought I should do something to emphasize my haircolour and my eyes so I thought a touch of green would do the trick.I also did this look in steps so if you guys could tell me if this works better that me just showing you full face pics I would be super grateful :)

First step :I just took a light orangey colour and I applied it on my eyelid.(that's powder to prevent fallout on my cheek if you were wondering :)) )

Then I applied a dark green just up to my socket line.

 A little brown in the socket

 Some green applied wet ,then blended!

 Blend the green and apply liner (I went a little bit dramatic here but that's just me)

 The full face :Revlon Colorstay in 150 Buff
                     Mac Finishing Powder
                     Nyx blush in expresso
                     Lips:Nyx round gloss in mauve
